Skills Required:

The individual should have skills and work experience as mentioned below:

- Demonstrated experience of 2-5 years in working on Real Estate consulting engagements and Government sector consulting (especially in Housing, Tourism, Hospitality, Commercial infrastructure projects)

- Working knowledge of financial modelling, financial analysis, feasibility assessment

- Understanding of Government tendering processes and preparation of RFQ, RFP and other bidding related documents. Experience in PPP Transaction Advisory will be an added advantage.

- Ability to work effectively within tight deadlines & ad-hoc project related work requirement

- Ability to manage work independently and manage interactions with senior client personnel

- Sound working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and related software

- Good working knowledge of English language (Reading, Writing and Speaking)

- Should be willing to travel intermittently for reasonable durations (1-2 weeks)

Key Responsibilities:

- Must be willing to travel on mid - long term durations for project studies, client meetings, and supporting ongoing projects in Tier II/Tier III locations.

- Lend proactive support on all proposals, pitches and real estate market studies - from both client site and home location

- Work efficiently as part of the engagement team providing execution support on all activities comprising the consulting mandates

- Undertaking field work & desktop based research for various market studies, market mapping, market benchmarking exercise

- Provide preparation & execution support on bid proposals/tendering based RFP, RFQ, etc. for Government focused real estate projects

- Adhere to project plans, delivery timelines and manage challenges associated with day to day activities - with support from senior team personnel

- Demonstrate compliance with firm policies and procedures demonstrating integrity, values, principles, and work ethic, leading by example

Qualification:

- Bachelors in Commerce/Business/Economics - or- Bachelors in Engineering /Architecture/Planning

- MBA (Preferably in Strategy/Finance/Economics)

- Masters in Engineering /Architecture/Planning

- Any qualification in Real Estate will be an advantage (RICS etc.)
