This role is associated with the upcoming Venture of a startup firm which is part of a Large conglomerate. they are present in various business sectors - F&B and Venture Capital being prime one at this moment The incumbent will be responsible for implementing and making project budget, procurement of packages (Electrical & Mechanical), Contract Management, Certification of Bills, verify and negotiate extra items Key Deliverables : Project Budgeting : - To develop detailed project budget at Project Initiation stage - To monitor and control project cost during Project Execution Stage Project Costing: - To Develop Project Budget - To Develop Tender Event Schedule for Projects - To Float Tenders and minimize the cost through reverse bidding. - To Develop Contract documents - To Verify measurement of work executed at site. - To Monitor, Control and Negotiate Extra Items and Quantity Variations - To Prepare MIS reports w.r.t Cost & Budget - Commercial Closeout of Projects Compliances: - Ensure all compliances (Legal, Health & Safety) related to construction & projects. - Ensure permits and licenses are obtained and maintained in order. People Management: - Develop an open, engaged and learning culture within the organization - Capability building and succession planning of Direct reports and understand their career needs Skills/Experience : - BE-Mechanical/Electrical _ MBA ( preferred) from good institute - 5-6 years experience - Analytical skills - Costing, budgeting, Tendering, Negotiation exp is a must
