Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible to open and close new bank/clearing accounts.

- Ensure the appropriate systems and relevant support areas are updated with account openings/closings.

- Responsible for the maintenance of the Network Management Accounts Database – Myriad Ensure day to day support to internal clients.

- Ensuring the Network Management website is updated Coordinate and develop strong regional hub Relationship with internal departments & Custodians Assist the regions with the RFP/ RFI exercise.

- Conduct the Annual Service Standard Review (SSR).

- Responsibility for defining and maintaining control/filing procedures around accounts.

- Mandates and related documentation. Collation and analysis of clearance fee and volume data, in preparation for global analysis and maintain spreadsheets detailing the transaction fee and volume information.

- Prepare market, account and clearance saves data and assist the Global Net Manteam in the compilation of monthly MIS reports.

- Schedules to ensure accurate billing & to report any discrepancies that may results in saves/refunds Ensure knowledge and understanding of all fee schedules for existing providers.

- Should have be able to manage projects & assign responsibilities to the correct teams Keep track of the status & update senior management

Experience Required: 5-7 years.

- Candidates with Investment banking operations (back office) can apply.
