Job Description

- Clearly understand the Organizational Structure –Functional, Demographics and Job Levels, which is a major factor involved in producing reports as well as well as various other components based on which reports may be prepared.

- Generate and validate all standard reports and ad hoc requests without supervision.

- Use Database knowledge and SQL skills to improve report generation and efficiency

- Research and determine the data/ data-sources required to meet the request

- Keep self-updated about process changes and implement the changes without any time lag

- In addition to mastering basic HR Reporting, specialize in one or more areas like, technical knowledge, Survey Reporting, R10 Reporting etc.

- Review data to detect any data integrity issues (i.e., identify illogical results, etc.)

- Compare data with prior periods & data from database etc. &ensure there is minimal deviation

- Understand clients final requirements & prepares reports accordingly

- Use various Data Analysis/Business Intelligence Tools (SAS, SPSS, and Tableau etc.) to find scope for innovative method of reporting and be on par with the market.

- Make use of the Statistical concepts and methods to provide insights that will help the business on the reports being produced or by providing new reports
