Role - Head of Sales

Key responsibilities:

The Head of Sales at ALYF works closely with the Founders and materializes the plan into action.

- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.

- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

- Evangelize the product and personally help close large deals.

- Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing.

- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet the sales objectives

- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.

- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.

- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.

- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.

- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.

- Lead Various verticals - Direct CP's, Wealth advisors.

Required skill-set:

- IIT/IIM/ISB having overall 5+ years of experience in real estate, FMCG or BFS Sector.

- Should have experience of managing a field sales team and lead the team to achieve the set targets.

- Should have excellent leadership & People management skills.

- Should be very aggressive and target oriented.

- Should have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
