We are looking for a sales leader who has excellent hunting mind-set, is intellectually curious; and shall drive the business growth in India and U.S market. Quick to build strong relationships with clients, you must have excellent experience, have deep insight, be an evangelist, not be averse to risk and have a high level of commitment to drive outcomes. This opportunity is for that high achieving sales leader who will be responsible for the next phase of Altudo's growth by driving business and revenue growth in India and U.S. As Director Sales you would be leading team of 4 to 10people in India and U.S. You would be reporting to VP Sales directly and get opportunity to cross sell to 100+ existing client at Altudo. The focus of the role will be on new logo acquisition and account growth as well as the development of additional sales channels. Selected person will be responsible managing vendors and leading India and U.S. team. Roles & Responsibilities : - Responsible for new business Logos; developing and executing sales strategies in the eCommere Services and Commerce products domain. - Develop eCommerce sales strategies in the B2C,B2B, DTC and Marketplaces area to meet revenue and growth targets - Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth - Conceptualize digital marketing initiatives, analyze data and measure results - Deal closure and drive sustainable and profitable growth. - Manage relationship with partner(s). - Develop strong relationships with client service professionals (CMO/CDO/CIO) and others to understand specific opportunities, leads, and engagements; and drive account growth. - Grow existing accounts by owning several key accounts yourself besides overseeing the rest of the team who owns accounts. - Plan, oversee and participate in sales pitches including prospect identification, pitch development and review. - Define a process that enables the sales team to perform. - Providing thought leadership to help guide prospects and current clients. - Working closely with our network of strategic alliance partners (Sitecore, SimilarWeb, Zendesk, ASANA, Shopify, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce etc.) to identify joint business opportunities to increase customer value and drive revenue growth. - Develop independent market and competitive research. Job Requirements : Must haves : - Excellent knowledge on B2C, B2B, Marketplace and DTC (Direct To Consumer) eCommerce from -Retail/CPG/Manufacturing/HiTech domain. - Should have closed at least 2 deals in each of these spaces. - Should have Extensive experience of closing large 4 deals in every quarter. Ability to engage with CMOs. - 8+ years of overall experience with minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce Product and services. - Must have deep experience in selling to CMOs, and some experience selling to the CIO - Must have owned revenue targets. ` - Sales experience in India and U.S. is preferred. - Must have done high volume sale.
