- As a member of the executive team, the Chief Technology Officer will create and drive the technical roadmap for the organization. The role of the CTO is to keep the organization future-focused and clear about leveraging & continuously improving its core capabilities, thus ensuring the company maintains long-term innovation and technical operations at a very high level.
- You will be responsible for identifying technologies and platforms to build expertise on and build new practice areas for Altudo.
- The Tech Team will report into you and you will serve as their mentor and leader.
- The CTO will act as both a technology and business expert, to help determine and drive major new technology initiatives, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the company.
- You will have the opportunity to drive new next-generation technology initiatives; help shape the technology vision and contribute to improving Altudo's technology stack; and provide thought leadership to the technical community. Our core focus will be to launch new practice and technology competencies in the next year, you will own this year!

- You will get to work with over 30 Fortune 1000 clients on a day to day basis.
- The compensation will be fixed base + profit sharing + equity% in the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a multi-year technology strategy supporting the full range of business services.
- Drive next-generation technology development & innovation to guide decisions on new investments and service offerings which will create clear differentiators for Altudo & potentially increase our company's competitive advantage.
- Adopt emerging technologies for customer needs.
- Engineer and implement complex solutions.
- Build a strong team to deliver technology strategy, and lead a robust people agenda including resource planning, talent management, professional skills development & performance management.
- Promote and inculcate the culture of innovation and learning within the organization.
- Publish thought-leadership content to promote & represent Altudo through speaking engagements and participation in industry groups.
- Work in a consultative manner with other department heads, such as marketing, delivery & sales as an advisor of technologies that may improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
- 15+ years of hands-on experience with deep knowledge in multiple technologies (cross-stack) and have a deep understanding of business domains, technical stacks, programming languages, environments out of which last 5 yrs of expertise in running a Digital Experience Platform technology team.
- Experience working with a 100 mn+ company in the digital space.
- Good knowledge of wide set of architecture patterns including practical experience
- A track record in identifying new technology areas, building competencies and enabling GTM
- The ability to quickly acquire knowledge, go beyond current technical competency/comfort zone to work with previously unknown tools and/or techniques
- Experience in engaging with CIOs and CTOs in Fortune 1000 firms.
- Excellent presentation skills, able to present to large audiences
- Ability to engage with customers and positiong our capabilities
- Ability to look at situations from multiple perspectives and break-down problems into smaller components.
- Ability to consider underlying causes and think through the consequences of different courses of action
- Knowledge of business purpose of any intervention or initiative and ability to make decisions within that context.
