Associate Director Sales- Drupal & Acquia

Be part of a high-growth digital and customer experience consulting firm that is growing by over 50% in the last 1 year and is forecasting growth of 50% year on year in the next 2 years. At Altudo, we've taken an ambitious journey to productize a services business.

The opportunity is for a high achieving sales professional who will be responsible for the next phase of growth by driving business and revenue growth for a fast-growing marketing technology agency. The focus of the role will be on acquisition as well as the development of sales channels for our Drupal & Acquia practice. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding market share through the qualified pipeline as well as driving the business forward by developing the next generation of top closers.

Core responsibilities:

- Own revenue targets for the Drupal & Acquia practice.

- Responsible for planning & building pipeline around monthly/ quarterly/ annual sales targets.

- Do market research, build list of potential clients to prospect via cold calling, emailing to drive top line funnel growth.

- Identify specific prospects/partners to approach, communicate the specific value proposition for their business and establish long-term, successful partnerships.

- Work with marketing team on lead nurturing & generation plans along with developing scripts and messages.

- Work with the inside sales team for driving outbound campaigns.

- Conduct high-level conversations with C-level executives.

- Assist and participate in solution demonstrations with field sales team.

- Develop strong relationships with client service professionals (CMO/CDO/CIO) and others to understand specific opportunities, leads, and engagements, and drive account growth.

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of Drupal & Acquia products.

- Prior experience of working in digital agencies or digital technology providers will be an added advantage.

- Previous experience generating leads from inbound and outbound sales and marketing activities and collaborating with sales leaders in order to meet and exceed pipeline.

- B2B sales experience preferred.

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

- High on energy and readiness to work in US shift timings.

- Entrepreneurial 'hunter' mentality.
