The opportunity is for a high achieving sales professional who will be responsible for the next phase of growth by driving business and revenue growth for a fast growing marketing technology agency. The focus of the role will be on client acquisition as well as the development of sales channels. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding market share through the qualified pipeline to drive a dedicated focus on Salesforce sales in the aligned markets. Responsibilities : - Responsible for planning &amp; building pipeline around monthly/ quarterly/ annual sales targets. - Collaborate on the GTM for the assigned Vertical(s) &amp; Territories after deep diving on our portfolio, value propositions, sales plays &amp; vision. - Own, Build &amp; continuously experiment with multiple sales plays that help drive the GTM plans &amp; outcomes. - Ensure timely &amp; accurate reporting of sales forecasts and KPI reporting. - Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reachout, onboarding, activation, and expansion. - Work collaboratively with the Salesforce practice teams to create differentiated value pitches. Leverage the successes &amp; learning from sales leaders &amp; Vertical sales owners from other territories. - Share the learning, retrospective from the sales play &amp; market insights with the practice teams and sales leaders from other territories. - Collaborate with Marketing to establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives. - Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with Account Executives &amp; Partner Success Managers within respective Practices for lead generation &amp; closures. Requirements : - 7+ years of relevant experience selling Salesforce Services Sales (Marketing, Pardot &amp; Salecloud a Must, SF Einstein/ Mulesoft/ etc). would be a plus across the implementation, customization, Integration &amp; Resource Augmentation engagements. - Proven experience of having owned &amp; driven a minimum sales quota &gt; $250K/ Annum. - Expertise &amp; Experience at building a lead funnel through Inside Sales team (Outbound campaign planning &amp; Execution) - Experience of selling into atleast one of the following markets - US, UK, ANZ, APAC. Following skills would be a plus: - Understanding of Customer Journey Mapping, CRM/ CMS/ Ecommerce/ Marketing Automation Integrations &amp; its benefits to the touchpoint transformation - Connect within the Salesforce Partner Network in UK/ ANZ/ APAC/ India markets - Excellent written &amp; verbal communication skills - High on energy and readiness to work in US shift timings - Results-driven sales professional with experience in solution selling, business development, contract negotiation and key account management in digital. - Entrepreneurial - hunter- mentality.
