Altitude Trading - Trader - Proprietary Trading

Altitude Trading DMCC is a proprietary trading firm based out of Dubai. The firm employs a variety of trading strategies based on years of quantitative, statistical and fundamental research.

The firm's founders are IIT-IIM alumni, with a decade of experience in commodities trading on Wall Street and London with leading investment banks. The firm is an extremely close-knit team with a very open culture.

As part of our efforts to diversify and further develop our coverage and capabilities, we are looking out for exceptional Traders to join our team and who can bring in consistent, profitable track records.

Role :

We are seeking candidates with experience managing a discretionary trading book on any exchange traded asset class with strong risk adjusted returns.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and trade strategies that exploit short/medium term market inefficiencies on a broad variety of asset classes including global futures, equities, currencies, and fixed income.

- Independently manage a trading portfolio with a separately identifiable track record.

Skills Required :

- 3+ years of experience in proprietary trading including a verifiable track record with a Sharpe of 2.0+.

- Advance existing research initiatives and explore new avenues for trading ideas.

- Ability to scale his/her portfolio.

- Proactive, self-driven and entrepreneurial.

Experience : 3-15 years work experience.

Location : Dubai only.
