Responsibilities :

- Responsible for creating content that is delivered within the organization, including employee e-mails, executive communication, intranet content creation and management, job descriptions, offer letter, employee handbook and policies and procedures.

- Manage internal communications output and execute steps within a certain time frame

- Measure and present results of communication efforts

- Suggest what information should be presented to employees

- Identify relevant content for the intranet

- Create content for the CEO communication calendar

- Update policies and procedures

- Set timing of release to coordinate with company events or initiatives

- Support ideas with research and experience

- Refine core messaging to ensure organizational consistency in all aspects of communication

- Ensure consistent framing of messages

- Suggest suitable channels of communication for each message

- Create, edit, design, and publish internal publications

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Communication/English Honors or an equivalent qualification

- Master's degree in related field is a plus point

- 3-4 years- experience in content writing

- Prior experience in internal communications is a must

- Expertise in the English language

- Experience in creating content following the U.S. style of writing

- Knowledge of basics of graphic and visual design is a plus point

- High detail orientation is essential to be successful in this role
