What you will do day-to-day

- Evaluating Investment opportunities in Real Estate assets / firms in India

- Analysing economics, conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis

- Building Financial models on investment opportunities, perform data due diligence, prepare investment write-ups and memorandums

- Monitoring prospective portfolio investments

What we are looking for in candidates

- MBA degree from top-tier institutes or CA professionals with great academic track record

- 1-3 years experience in Finance; candidates with Private Equity / Investment Banking experience may be stronger fits, but we recommend those with strong equity research and valuation skills to also apply

- Analytical prowess and keen attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills
