Responsibilities :

- 3 years minimum software product management experience with a total of 10+ years of software industry experience.

- Multiple years of experience designing/developing high scale server side complicated distributed products

- Extensive experience in product, program, and/or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services in e-commerce, retail, logistics, supply chain, internet products or related fields

- Ability to analyze and communicate technical issues, leads discussions, and influence decisions.

- Architect and build scalable, distributed modules and complex user interfaces;

- Lead testing and assessment of new software, new design patterns and technology

- Report internally on development progress and status of technology objectives

- Experience of working on Video products and systems will be a key

- Excellent project planning skills

Expectations:

- 8 years of Experience working on software as a service

- Experience leading and developing server and mobile solutions;

- Experienced in architecting cloud computing solutions;

- Experienced developing distributed web application with big data

- Experienced leading other developers to deliver scalable, robust software solutions;

- Experienced working on web analytics applications, search engines, content management systems or other Web publishing systems

- Ability to work employing Agile methodology is a must.

- Experience architecting solutions using Amazon Web Services

- Should have product managed solutions with a significant cloud component.

- Exposure to one of AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform strongly preferred.

- Serve as part of team delivering high-quality product to market using multiple technology stacks including Python, Amazon Web Services, Google Ad Words API/Bing Ads API/Facebook API, JavaScript, Adobe Flex, PostgreSQL, Linux, SQL, Object-Oriented Programming, Open-Source software development, Git, Object- Relational Mapping (ORM), AJAX and/or HTML

- Hands on experience working on Android or IOS apps and able to work with both the teams of iOS and Android

- Knowledge of all programming concepts like OOPS, Version management, database management, application server management, etc. is a must.

- Methodical, disciplined approach, Strong collaborative skills & cultural sensitivity.

- Ability to orchestrate multiple activities simultaneously.
