About the Company AlphaDojo, an idea stage, bootstrapped startup (founded in 2020 by Siddharth Ajith - B.Tech. ME, IIT Kharagpur & MBA, University of Oxford Said Business School), is building a new-age Sales-Tech Tool for B2B Sales &amp; Marketing teams to access content on the fly. The Sales-Tech space is at the cusp of a global explosion, with a 25-30% CAGR over the next 7-10 years. The concept has been validated by industry experts and potential customers, and the prototype/MVP development is the next phase of the journey. Job Description (in the words of the founder) After 10+ years of being part of the corporate world in the Manufacturing, EdTech and Technology services sectors and spread across three continents, I returned to India in December 2019 with the big dream of building a world-class company. The space I've identified to build a company is something I'm passionate about - enabling and empowering Sales teams to become more efficient at managing and distributing content on the fly. I would like to describe myself as a dreamer, explorer, thinker, believer and ever optimist, who has set-out on this entrepreneurial journey with a big, audacious goal, and am looking for amazing co-passengers. I'm building a team for AlphaDojo starting with the Co-founder &amp; CTO position. She/he should be somebody who has built a SaaS solution in the past and is looking for an entrepreneurial challenge. She/he will be part of building a world-class product - primarily targeted at enterprise and SMB customers in the US, EU and UK. Somebody with a past experience of leading and building tech products for global markets would be ideal. She/he would have complete autonomy in building out the product and team over a period of time.&nbsp; Core Responsibilities 1.&nbsp;Developing and fine-tuning the strategy &amp; implementation for building out the MVP and product over a period of time 2.&nbsp;Developing and implementing product &amp; technology infrastructure 3. Provide leadership to product innovation and development at the company 4. Build out the Technology, Engineering &amp; Product teams over a period of time Who this role is for? 1. Somebody who wants to be an "Entrepreneur" and is itching to take the zero to one journey at a startup 2. An ambitious, driven person who wants to take a moonshot at building a world-class product and potentially make millions before retiring much before 60 :) 3. Somebody who doesn't hesitate doing whatever it takes to achieve results, from writing code by oneself, to working non-stop for hours to deliver to a customer 4. Somebody who feels out of place at a "job" and wants to be a master of their own work and life 5. Somebody who values "exponential learning" over short-term monetary gains 5. Somebody who thrives on working with amazing people, and hiring A players all the time What you get ? Since the company is an early stage startup, this person would be joining as one of the Co-Founders, and would be eligible for a significant equity ownership, and also a possible board seat. Also, since all resources in the initial days need to go into building a product out, there wouldn't be any salary component initially, however as soon as there is a round of funding raised (Angel/Pre-Seed), a salary would kick-in for the founders.&nbsp; Who this role is not for? It is understandable that such an opportunity may not be for everybody, and hence if one or more of the following statements applies to you, then this opportunity may not be for you 1. You don't have a personal (financial) runway of 8-10 months at least, where you can afford to live with zero salary 2. You expect market-pay and perks associated with a full-time job right at the end of those 8-10 months. (Startups are unpredictable and can take time to shape up and start paying founders market pay) 3. You don't have long-term entrepreneurial plans and are looking at this as a 2-3 year short-term gig. (Successful startups are about the founders resilience over a very long period of time) 4. You are somebody who is risk-averse, or finds it tough to work in extra challenging, pressure-cooker environments beyond a point 5.
