- Alpha5 is a venture-backed leading crypto derivatives exchange that operates with a strict legal framework and is led by industry veterans that have decades of experience in financial derivatives trading and over 4 years of experience in engaging crypto products.
- Some founders have been at the forefront of helping give shape to the standardization of various instruments that are used today.

- We are looking for young and ambitious individuals that have strong aptitude and love for the space.
- In particular we are looking to build a MM team and are looking for a senior trader to help build out the desk and guide its structure.
This person will naturally have :
- Previous background in algorithmic market making/trading (previously in crypto is a big plus)
- Strong background in technology/connectivity (basic CS skills a must, but structure of connectivity FIX/REST/Websocket/co-lo, tunnels, etc. are required)
