Qualification & Background We are seeking passionate Options Traders (5-10 years of experience) for our EQAR team. - Passionate options trader with 3-5 years of trading experience - Prior experience in managing a team of traders is preferred but not mandatory - In-depth understanding of option greeks - Exceptional numerical aptitude and quantitative acumen - Team player with strong interpersonal and managerial skills Roles & Responsibilities - Lead and oversee a team of options traders - Optimize currently deployed option trading strategies - Coordinate with multiple stakeholders in the context of trading and associated activities - Develop alpha-generating non-correlated trading strategies with high risk-adjusted returns We are looking for experienced, talented, well-rounded and competitive individuals who can contribute to collective learning processes. Compensation Salary will be discussed individually with selected candidates, and the compensation will have a significant element of performance-linked bonuses. Location This is a WFH role to start with, but later down the line the candidates could be asked to work from office. Office location will be in Dadar, Mumbai, so candidates applying from cities other than Mumbai shall have a clear conviction about moving to Mumbai before applying.
