Qualification & Background: We are looking for senior professionals (&gt;10 years experience) to join us and drive our International Capital Raising efforts. An ideal candidate would have held a mid-senior position in a similar profile and have existing UHNI/Family Offices/ Institutional client relationships across geographies. Roles & Responsibilities: The person shall be responsible: - To build and manage relationships with UHNI/Family Offices/ Institutional client across Asia, Middle East, Europe and US - To think strategically about building and scaling up a client relationship management platform overseas - To conceptualize and deliver quality advise and excellent customer service - To explore referencing and cross selling opportunities across various investment products of the firm DNA: - MBA from premium business schools with a proven track record, with &gt;10 years of relevant experience - Direct linkage with UHNI's/ Family offices/ Institutional Investors and corporates across the world - Proven sales experience in a client relationship role within the wealth management/Asset management space - Team player with an entrepreneurial predisposition and strong interpersonal and managerial skills - Intellectually strong with high levels of energy - Passionate to be a part of building and creating a global quality and scale organization. We are also open to looking at returning professionals who have taken a break in their careers. An entrepreneurial experience is also an added qualification. Location: While the office location is in Dadar, Mumbai, select candidates may have the flexibility to operate out of other cities. The role will require extensive traveling to Asia, Europe or US. Compensation: Salary will be discussed individually with selected candidates. We value long-term players and the compensation will have a significant element of performance-linked bonuses.
