Options Trader - Commodity

Qualification & Background:

- You will be joining our team of highly passionate individuals on the Commodity desk, and help build a cutting-edge trading platform.

- We are seeking high quality Options Traders for our Commodities trading team.

- Passionate options trader with 3-6 years of trading experience

- Prior experience in managing a team of traders is preferred but not mandatory

- In-depth understanding of option greeks

- Exceptional numerical aptitude and quantitative acumen

- Team player with strong interpersonal and managerial skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop alpha-generating non-correlated trading strategies with high risk-adjusted returns

- Build and oversee a team of options traders

- Optimize currently deployed option trading strategies

- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders in the context of trading and associated activities

Compensation:

Salary will be discussed individually with selected candidates, and the compensation will have a significant element of performance-linked bonuses. In the long run, if you do well, you can expect to create disproportionately higher value for yourself.

Location:

Office location will be in Dadar, Mumbai, so candidates applying from cities other than Mumbai shall have a clear conviction about moving to Mumbai before applying.
