Job Description: We are looking for a senior person who can drive strategic thinking on technology from a business perspective. The person shall be responsible for: - Strategy - Think through and design the technology roadmap for the organisation for scalable growth. - Solutions - Work across businesses, identify gaps &amp; implement technology solutions to improve efficiency/ optimise processes / automate functions. - Infra &amp; Systems - Work with internal team and external vendors to enhance the current IT infrastructure, trading infrastructure, Networking, Security, and other IT operations. Skills and Requirements: Experience: - Open ended - can be in the IT industry within the financial services domain or preferably in the Asset Management/Financial Services industry as a Head of Technology - Strong domain knowledge of applications and software solutions in the industry. Qualifications and Background: - Post graduate in computer Science with an MBA from top academic institutions. - Prior experience in technology build-out of a high growth organisation DNA: - Strategic Thinking capability - Is keen to design and chart the path for an organisation's tech requirements - Can be full time or part time engaged as long as the individual has full ownership and ability to deliver - We are also happy to look at individuals who are recently retired and would like to bring their experience to a fast-growing financial services organisation - Compensation shall be discussed with shortlisted individuals and shall be at par with industry norms. Office location will be in Dadar, Mumbai. Right candidates can also work from remote locations with periodic visits to Mumbai.
