Alpha Alternatives is a multi-asset class alternatives asset management platform based out of India and Singapore, with over 3000cr of assets under management, and deep focus on alpha generation. We operate across various alternative spaces like Commodities, Equities, Absolute Returns, Structured Credit and Quant. Our products span across various investment structures such as AIF, PMS, NBFC and FPI.

Our management structure comprises of Platform Partners who focus on building out all the functions at the platform level, and Entrepreneur Partners, who are specialists in their particular asset class and have strong track records running their investment strategies and keep single-minded focus on alpha generation.

Our 120 plus people team comes with strong academic credentials at top universities and vast experience across domestic and global financial institutions.

Job Description:

We are seeking 2-3 experienced professional focused on Investor Relations (>10 years- experience) who are looking forward to a challenging role in our rapidly scaling platform.

An ideal candidate would have held a mid-senior position in a similar profile, has existing UHNI client relationships and aspires to head the function.

The person shall be responsible:

- To build and manage relationships with UHNI's across India including family offices, and corporates

- To manage the existing team of relationship managers and also build onto it

- To think strategically about building and scaling up a client relationship management platform - in India and overseas

- To conceptualise and deliver quality advise and excellent customer service

- Continuously explore referencing and cross selling opportunities across the various investment management products of the firm

Desired Profile:

- MBA from premium business schools with a proven track record, with >10 years of relevant experience

- Direct linkage with/relationships with UHNI's and corporates across India

- Proven sales experience in a client relationship role within the wealth management/Asset management space

- Team player with an entrepreneurial predisposition and strong interpersonal and managerial skills;

- Intellectually strong with high levels of energy;

- Passionate to be a part of building and creating a global quality and scale organization.

We are also open to looking at returning professionals who have taken a break in their careers. An entrepreneurial experience is also an added qualification.

While the office location is in Dadar, Mumbai, select candidates may have the flexibility to operate out of other cities.

Salary will be discussed individually with selected candidates and will be at par with industry norms.
