We are looking for an executive level candidate to head the sales of company's financial product. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in marketing financial products is preferred. The person shall report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.   Key responsibilities for the role are as follows:   1) Co ordinating teams at different locations and hiring people at locations necessary.   2) Setting sales objectives and targets across various teams and devise strategies to achieve them.  3) Analysing Trends and Results to set field action plans.  4) Maintaining Staff Job results by counselling and disciplining teams.   5) Devise Sales Programs and discuss the same with top management for approval   6) Continual training and development of all members of the sales department.   7) Attending key meetings with members of the sales team.   8) Working on account management plans with the sales account managers.   9) Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.   10) Reviewing overall market and new markets that can be explored.   11) Reviewing Professional Publications and maintaining personal networks.  Skills required:  1) Critical Business Thinking.  2) Professional and Technical knowledge of Financial Products.  3) Technical knowledge of market data.  4) Critical Business Thinking   5) Strong Presentation Skills - Confident Speaking Skills and most importantly, a LEADER who leads by example.  About the company :   A jewellery retail and manufacturing company based out of Hyderabad with an in-house manufacturing unit, 5 boutiques across Telangana, and presence in USA, UAE and South East Asia, is seeking to augment its senior management team.
