Job Description: Alpha Alternatives is looking to hire a seasoned fund raising professional who will drive our capital raising efforts. We are looking for self-driven individuals who are confident of their capability to deliver and are seeking long term wealth creation. The person along with his team shall be responsible for: - All fund marketing and AUM raising through distributors and direct clients; - Continuously assessing client requirements and internal strengths to conceptualise and create high quality investment solutions; - Creating innovative customer experience solutions and evaluating their effectiveness; - Designing internal and external communication for our funds and other structures. Qualifications and DNA: - MBA from premium business schools with a proven track record, with 15-25 years of relevant experience; - Passionate to be a part of building and creating a global quality and scale organization; - Team player with an entrepreneurial predisposition and strong interpersonal skills; - Intellectually strong with high levels of energy; - Knowledge of alternative assets and a passion to continuously learn.
