Our investment strategies span across Commodities, Equities, Credit and Quant, and structures like AIF, PMS and NBFC. We are seeking an experienced professional focused on Investment Product development and management (8-12 years- experience) who is looking forward to a challenging role in our rapidly scaling platform. An ideal candidate would have held a senior/mid-senior position in a similar profile and can head the function. Job Description : - The selected person is expected to conceptualize and design new investment products - either directly or along with the senior leadership team. - He/she will also be responsible for liaising with the product team (onshore and offshore), risk, operations, legal, finance and accounting and capital raising teams while owning the entire product development and management process. - He/she will also actively own the process of the products launch, its maintenance, and any other aspects of the products design or delivery as the business requires. - The role also involves market and competitor analysis and an assessment of the underlying changes in the investment management landscape - globally and locally. - We expect the right person to have high positive energy, strong intellectual capability, a desire to handle bigger responsibilities and an ability to get things done. In the long run, if he/she does well, they can expect to create disproportionately higher value for themselves. - Only candidates with stellar academic credentials shall apply. Higher preference will be given to candidates that have direct work experience of product development in the asset management / financial services space. - Candidates applying from cities other than Mumbai, shall have a clear conviction about moving to Mumbai before applying. - Office location will be in Dadar, Mumbai. - Salary will be discussed individually with selected candidates and will be at par with industry norms.
