Qualification & Background : You will be joining our team of highly passionate individuals on the Commodity team and who is looking forward to a challenging role in our rapidly scaling commodity business. We are seeking high quality team members who : - Has worked in Modern Retail as lead procurement / category head - MBA from premium business schools with a proven track record - Has handled large/very large corporate accounts with large business volumes - Has some understanding of commodities derivatives market - Is passionate about sales/relationship with 3-15 years of experience - Has prior experience in acquiring new business from corporates and strengthening of existing relationships - Can explain the value proposition, negotiate hard, close deals and initiate business - Ability to work to deadlines with proven time management skills - Exceptional communication skills with a business aptitude - Team player with strong interpersonal skills - Only candidates with stellar academic credentials shall apply. Higher preference will be given to candidates that have direct work experience. Roles & Responsibilities : - Planning and monitoring activities aimed at increasing reach/penetration across Modern Retail Chains/Corporates and supply chain participants like brokers, intermediaries, processors, exporters - Can establish connect with the large corporates and make a confident pitch on the product offerings - Responsible for planning and executing activities to drive sales and increase market share - Roll out sales strategy and tracks market share and gross sales to ensure that targets are achieved - Developing consolidated reports regarding performance on a periodic basis and takes corrective measures for any deviations from required targets - Networking with various stake holders in the agri value chain with an intent to sharpen the focus area and aid business enhancement - Working closely with the function Head to provide feedback from the market and follows up on action plans set out by the Head - We are looking for experienced, talented, well-rounded and competitive individuals who can contribute to collective learning processes.
