We are looking to hire an entrepreneurial, driven and high achieving individual with an ambition for steep learning and growth as COO to head the entire operations. This individual will work closely with the promoters and senior management. Ideal candidate should have 10-15 years of experience in managing a large operation, preferably in the premium retail / consumer industry, and with an organization having revenues of over Rs 2000 crs  Key responsibilities for the role are as follows:   - Effectively conceptualize, build, test and implement systems and processes for the organization.   - End-to-end inventory management of high-value consumer products across various locations in India.   - Manage relationships with job-workers, suppliers and service providers  - Set-up internal process with checks and balances for inventory and cashflow management  - Manage the manufacturing process including equipment purchase/ handling, job work and location management decisions  - Develop and manage appropriate IT infrastructure and policies as the business grows aggressively  - Manage the supply chain, logistics and product distribution and effectively coordinate with sales and front-end organization  - Develop Risk management matrices for the management. Suggest and implement steps to mitigate risks at various levels  - Liaison with Regulators / Authorities to ensure due compliances, if required  - Should have exceptional capacity for managing and leading people; a team builder who has experience in scaling up organizations; ability to connect with staff both on an individual level and in large groups; and capacity to enforce accountability  - Proven track record of exceeding goals; evidence of the ability to consistently make good decisions through a combination of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment; the ability to balance the delivery of programs against the realities of a budget; and problem solving, project management, and creative resourcefulness  Educational background - Chartered Accountant / MBA / similar advanced degree in Operations management   Salary will be discussed individually with selected candidates and will be at par with industry norms.   Location: Hyderabad   Interested candidates may apply.
