As an Associate in the Structured Credit Business, you will be required to work on credit transactions across various elements such as evaluation to understand the financial viability of a company, transaction structuring, documentation, execution, and monitoring. Additionally, you will also be supporting the Platform Partners for designing and building products for the other asset classes and creating structures in India and offshore to facilitate capital raising. - We expect you to have higher energy, higher intellectual capability and a desire to handle bigger responsibilities than an average CA / MBA of your age/experience will generally do. If you demonstrate good leadership qualities, you can expect to migrate to an important role on the business side. In the long run, if you do well, you can expect to create a disproportionately higher value for yourself. - Only candidates with stellar academic credentials in CA / MBA shall apply. Candidates with multiple CA attempts shall expect to get shortlisted only if their CVs have an extra-ordinary achievement that clearly distinguishes them from other candidates. Candidates applying from cities other than Mumbai shall have a clear conviction about moving to Mumbai before applying. Office location will be in Dadar, Mumbai.
