Our Commodity Alpha (CA) business is looking to expand its credit sales business, where invoice-based credit is offered on short revolving basis to agri-commodity buyers like processors or retailers. CA is looking for a candidate to join in the role of credit analyst for evaluating the credit-worthiness of such agri-commodity buyers. We are seeking a CA/MBA candidate with 3-6 years of relevant work experience, looking forward to an intense and challenging role in his/her career. The person would be responsible for all phases of the credit process: 1. Pre-sanction: detailed financial analysis, credit due diligence from multiple sources, in-person and remote borrower meetings as required, and then preparation of a credit opinion with detailed terms and conditions. 2. Post-sanction: detailed MIS on outstanding amounts, ongoing portfolio monitoring, alerts on collections, and where required support on collections 3. Development and refinement of credit framework, model and borrower history The person will also be responsible for coordination with internal stakeholders as necessary for completion of transactions and customer query resolution. The role requires 3-6 years experience in credit analysis in a bank/ NBFC/ lending organization, with strong preference for experience in Agri lending space Location : Mumbai, Dadar (West) Candidates applying from cities other than Mumbai should have a clear conviction about moving to Mumbai before applying. Salary will be discussed individually with selected candidates and will be at par with industry norms.
