What will you be working on

- KRAs - Low churn, Growing customer lifetime value, Increasing Customer referrals.

- Manage your accounts - Onboarding them, providing support and improving product adoption.

- Proactively identify opportunities to get testimonials, create case studies, and upsell.

Whom are we looking for

- At least 2+ years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role.

- Experience working with US clients.

- SaaS experience is a benefit.

- Experience in Product Onboarding, Customer Success and Customer Support.

- Strong written and verbal business communication skills.

- Strong technical and analytical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and adopt technical products.
