Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Employee Relations, Employee Communication, Surveys & Feedback Mechanism

- Provide HR statistical data and other general MIS data as and when required

- Mentor, Educate Managers and team on the process / policies for the smooth process

- Strong Partnership with managers and business

- Responsible for Grievance Handling and Employee Relations. Investigating and resolving employee related issues

- Provide advice and counsel managers and employees on employee relations matters.

- Proactive in the implementation, application and continuous improvement of HR processes, policies and practices

- Handling resignation/termination process. Conducting Exit interview, identify Attrition risks and develop retention strategies and preparing Attrition Analysis

- Conducting Induction Programs, on-boarding and orientation

Candidate profile: Graduate with MBA with HR as specialization

- Experience in handling IT resources/BPM resources

- A competent HR professional with 4 - 7 years total experience, of which about 3 years in a Business Partner/program management role

- Good problem solving skills

- Presentation skills

- Multitasking - planning & prioritization skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
