We 'relooking for an exceptional Finance Manager to join our team and help drive financial efficiency while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

Role: Manager - Finance& Accounts.

As a Finance Manager, you will oversee financial operations, payroll management, statutory compliance, and accounting for our organization.

Your expertise will ensure accurate financial reporting, timely compliance, and seamless financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Payroll & Employee Finance : Manage salary processing, tax deductions, employee benefits, and final settlements.

- Statutory Compliance : Ensure timely filing of TDS, PF, PT, ESI, LWF, and other tax payments.

- Financial Reporting & Accounting : Oversee financial reconciliation, bank transactions, vendor payments, and monthly reporting.

- STPI & Customs Compliance : Handle export reports, customs documentation, and statutory submissions.

- MIS & Budgeting: Prepare financial reports, track budgets actuals, and manage fund flow.

- Audits & Banking Operations : Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks for payments, transactions, and compliance.

What We're Looking For:

- 10-13 years of experience in finance and accounting.

- CA/CMA preferred (Commerce/Finance degree required).

- Expertise in Indian taxation laws, statutory compliance & financial regulations.

- Proficiency in Tally & payroll systems(Growth).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving & communication skills.

- Ability to handle multiple priorities & meet deadlines.
