As we scale, we are seeking a dynamic Investor Relations Manager to strengthen our engagement with investors, analysts, and key stakeholders while enhancing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Investor Relations & Strategic Communication:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations (IR) strategy aligned with corporate objectives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and financial institutions, serving as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries.

- Prepare compelling investor presentations, earnings reports, and financial disclosures.

- Organize and manage investor conferences, earnings calls, and roadshows.

2. Financial Reporting & Market Analysis:

- Collaborate with the finance team to prepare quarterly and annual financial reports for investors.

- Track stock market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to leadership.

- Assist in preparing financial guidance and outlook presentations.

- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and corporate governance best practices.

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Brand Positioning:

- Strengthen the company's reputation within the investment community.

- Work closely with leadership to enhance corporate messaging and market positioning.

- Engage with research analysts to ensure accurate representation of the company's growth potential.

- Manage investor databases and maintain records of investor interactions.

Qualifications & Experience:

- CA/MBA preferred.

- 5-8 years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or corporate finance. Exposure to the smart metering, energy, infrastructure, or technology sectors is an advantage.

- Strong understanding of capital markets, SEBI regulations, and investor engagement strategies.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex financial data for stakeholders.

- Proficiency in financial modeling, investor databases, and market intelligence tools.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and corporate communications.
