JOB DETAILS / ROLE PURPOSE :

- Drive excellence in operational delivery and implement standard operating procedures.

- Continually drive and improve efficiency metrics like manpower utilization, real estate thereby reducing cost of operations.

- Build strong partnership with customers to ensure operational cohesion and effective foundation for future growth.

- First line of escalation for deviations. Client management skills are a must.

- Responsible for transition of business process.

- Create a participative work environment and thereby facilitate employee satisfaction.

- Performs work in a cost conscious manner using budgeted resources responsibly.

- Co-ordinate within the various departments in the organization to ensure that operational requirements are efficiently met.

- Expand scope of operations to add value to the customer

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES :

- Service Delivery Management, People Management, Stakeholder Management, Performance Management, Transition Management, Vendor Creation and Maintenance, Spend Analysis.

- Provide single point of contact for client account leadership and the client for the Operation contract, generating new opportunities through various client contacts. Accountable for client satisfaction, performance delivery, and successful external audit.

- Contribute to development plans and revisions as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

- Coach and mentor employees while focusing on continuous performance improvement

- Balance the customer's requirements to ensure that the value of the project is realized.

- Clearly understand, articulate and document existing ""as-is"" systems & business architecture and define a strategy for ""to-be"" architecture.

- Focuses on continuous service and cost improvement to realize P&L benefits. Financial/Budget Management, Business Planning and Manpower Planning for the Operations division.

- Provides strategic direction to managers and supervisors for anticipating staffing requirements.

- This role ensures continuous improvement through pro-active leadership and development of direct reports and is responsible for running a cost-effective operation staying within budgetary guidelines.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, on multiple projects concurrently.

- Work with teams to understand trends and determine process optimisation opportunities.

- Ensure that the Operations looks for long term opportunities to achieve cost reductions whilst considering the customer value proposition.

- Support decision making process on escalated high risk / cost related matters.

PROFILE KEY REQUIREMENTS :

- Self-reliant and self-motivated.

- Possesses excellent leadership skills and client management skill.

- Should be able to manage large teams.

- Have the ability to grasp and comprehend concepts quickly and maintain awareness for industry trends and standards.

- Should be able to link business requirements to opportunities.

- Should have knack over IT systems

- Enthusiastic communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills.

- Strong Analytical skills.

- Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action plans.

- Hands-on approach with ability to Multi-task in a matrix environment.

- P&L understanding & strong hold over financials.

Experience: 14 - 16 Years

Education: Post Graduate/Graduate with relevant experience & Client Management experience
