Alliances Head - IT Products/Solutions (10-12 yrs)
1. Engineering or MBA Graduate from premier institutes having experience in driving/leading and expanding relationships with SI partners, ISVs and OEMs and growing these relationships strategically, revenue-wise across geographies
2. Strong experience in consultative sales of IT products and solutions.
3. Alliance and partnership with Large SI.
4. Strong drive towards goals and proven track record of quota achievement.
5. Excellent planning and organizing skills.
6. Strong understanding of business goals and ability to forecast future sales trends and devise future sales strategies to meet those goals.
7. Ability to motivate, guide and lead the teams and help them to achieve their goals. This would include the ability to play the role of a mentor.
8. Excellent written, communication, inter personal, liaison and problem solving skills with the ability to work in multi-cultural environment.
