Alliances/Bancassurance Role - Healthcare Benefits Firm (10-12 yrs)
Position: Alliances/ Bancassurance Role (Pune) (10-12 yrs) (healthcare Benefits Co)
Role:
- This role will be responsible for creating and managing alliances/ key partnerships at Pune through which sales will be driven
- Own Sales Target for each Alliance/ Partnership
- Explore new initiatives by regularly engaging with Business Heads across partnerships
- Create visibility, top of mind recall across channels to drive sustainable business
- Act as one point contact for various stakeholders in partners
- Ensure timely launch of new channel / new product to meet business plans
Requirements:
- MBA
- 10-12 yrs bancassurance experience in insurance or banking managing partnership on regional / national level
- Proven track record in managing medium to large scale partnerships with growing business trend
- Must have managed budgets and P&Ls of key partnerships
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Location: Pune
