Position Summary :

- The position is responsible for effective people management of the assigned business functions / areas. S/he will engage with business leaders to enable and impact business success working closely with the global HR team.

- The role will ideate, conceptualize and implement various HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning, development, performance management, rewards, and recognition, succession planning and policy review.

Responsibilities :

- Partner with Business Leaders to drive workforce planning initiatives including alignment of resources to the top priorities, and building capabilities needed to achieve the stated vision and strategy including the investment in talent.

- Implementation of core HR programs into the business to insure greater alignment with overall organization's HR policies and processes.

- Manage and implement all aspects of recruitment and on-boarding of new hires.

- Work with global HR team to assist business in execution of HR strategy, embed change into day-to-day working practice and organisation culture so that high performance becomes the norm.

- Work closely with global HR team to implement the talent management strategy for the function. Understand and drive short and long-term capability requirements, succession and talent pipeline.

- Work directly with key stakeholders in the business to assist them in identifying their own capability gaps and solutions to enhance their ability. Assist in the development, execution and maintenance of Skills Development Strategy.

- Apply agreed change management approach to initiatives and tools and techniques in delivering effective organisational and cultural change in the Business area.

- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.

- Manage international assignees and related HR matters.

- Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in co-operation with the local and global HR team.

- Developing and organising employee engagement activities, and create regular company internal communication.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Education :

- Master or MBA in Human resources Management, Employee Relationship, International HR or related fields.

- 5-8 years experience in HR Business Partnering or similar roles.

- Sound knowledge of a broad range of HR areas including sourcing, performance, reward, learning & development.

- Experience in managing full scope of HR process and employee relations.

- Ability to build strong, positive relationships and networks across the organization.

- Capable of challenging in a constructive and positive manner.

- Strong delivery skills.

- Excellent organization, written/ verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

- Experience in Manufacturing Industry is preferable.
