Responsibilities:
Partnership Strategy
- Build the BPSS network through targeted outreach to create strong partnerships
- Constantly identify and assess prospecting of unconventional channels/ partners and their feasibility
- Discover new business opportunities from within the existing partner population
- Engage and build effective communication channels with enrolled partners to align business objectives
- Develop customized commercial agreements for each partner ensuring proper incentivization and enablement of revenue and margin targets
- Define the lead management and allocation process for partner sourced leads
Partnership Management
- Ensure the onboarding process of partners - training, collateral, understanding of business and internal connects
- Build a detailed understanding of the partner's structure and how our product fits into the client value chain along with theirs
- Work with account managers in generating new ideas and opportunities for key accounts
- Enable communication channel between customer success/account management team and partner side manager for common clients to improve serviceability
- Review and assess the effectiveness of each partnership and achievement of targeted objectives
Positioning
- Map out the positioning strategy of Betterplace with regards to strategic partnerships
- Drive campaigns/negotiations along with marketing team that helps evangelize Betterplace brand
- Respond to market trends to position product along with customer needs
- Leverage market intelligence to build and position the Betterplace brand
- Foster an open-minded and can-do approach throughout the organization and its partners
Qualifications:
- 10 years+ of corporate sales experience
- Minimum: Master's degree in Management or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in partnerships/ channel sales
- Working for a high growth startup/company in the B2B space
- At least 4 years- experience in managing the strategic/corporate partnerships
