You will be responsible for the entire product life cycle from strategy to driving sales. We have two opportunities for the Product role, one is in Health &amp; the other is in Motor insurance for retail products. Responsibilities:- - Engage with Insurers to get the best product offerings for the portal. - Identify market trends &amp; offerings to design product strategies accordingly. - Develop and monitor data-driven analytics to understand &amp; enhance sales of the product. - Collaborate with various teams, including technology, sales, operations and marketing to meet the desired business volumes - Technical know how in all aspects such as Product Features, coverages, terms &amp; conditions, etc Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Post Graduation is Preferred - 7+ years of experience in Product Management with expertise in Motor or Health on the retail side - Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
