JOB DESCRIPTION:-

The Senior Manager B2B College Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the college market. This role requires a deep understanding of the education industry, particularly the B2B college sales process, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with internal teams to develop and execute effective sales plans, manage a team of sales professionals, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the college market

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in colleges and universities

- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to develop effective sales plans

- Manage a team of sales professionals, including hiring, training, coaching, and motivating team members

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the education industry, particularly the B2B college sales process, competitive landscape, and market trends

- Identify opportunities for new products and services and work with internal teams to bring them to market

- Analyze sales data and market trends to develop and refine sales strategies

- Meet or exceed sales targets and other performance metrics

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

- 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education industry

- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market share in a B2B sales environment

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team of sales professionals

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers

- Deep understanding of the B2B college sales process and the education industry

- Analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems

- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to develop and execute effective sales plans

- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
