Job Responsibilities: Analytical & Reporting : - Ability to work independently and follow through on all projects and meet strict deadlines, while also being highly output-oriented. - Conduct periodic reviews on productivity and progress of all resources and program units. - Identify and define parameters and means of interventions using the aforementioned information in order to provide management feedback. - Provide supportive supervision to monitor and evaluate the data collection processes on the field while ensuring the utmost quality. - Implement program improvement strategies across teams and review the progress and impact for quality assessment. - Keep an active tab on all the key competitor, political, and government development in the State's and Nation's economy. - Do the rigorous research groundwork to define the course of all key decisions during the campaign. - Design and develop well-investigated reports for states/assemblies/constituencies or the specific region with a keen inquisitive approach towards the past and current socioeconomic and political scenarios of the county/various states. - Perform extensive archival and historical research to dwell deeper into the regional and national financial, political, and social narratives with a more contextualized lens. - Utilize probing, fact-finding, and analytical orientation coupled with exceptional communication skills, a positive can-do attitude, and a highly developed collaborative nature to provide the required strategy primers. - Use primary and secondary research methods to provide background to forming strategies at different levels. - Coordinate with other teams at ALLEN and various stakeholders to provide necessary strategic inputs. Tech Assist : - Coordinate with technology teams to maintain standards and the functionalities of the dashboard portal and App. - Oversee portal development and improvement and define the steps required to update the portal. - Analyse data processing modules and identify areas of enhancements and improvements People Management. - Work with multiple domains and cross-functional teams within the organization to assure the compliance of the defined deliverables across all the program units. - Identify key requirements from cross-functional teams and other stakeholders and ideate appropriate solutions. Minimum Qualifications: - Full-time Graduate degree from premier institutes preferably in Engineering from IITs. - Awareness about various research methods specifically Secondary research. Working experience in the development sector, policy and research think tanks, government, NGO, and the social sector within a fast-paced and dynamic environment will be an advantage. - Proficient in the use of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word. - An ability to multitask tasks of various nature from documentation, research, excel analytics, presentation, networking, etc. - Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. - Must possess good communication skills, both verbal and written. Preferred Qualifications: - Strong team player with a proven record of working in a fast-paced environment and having led a team to deliver results on tight deadlines. - Min 2 years of experience Project Management/ Consulting domain. - Knowledge of past and current political scenarios of the country/various states in the country. - Experience in creating new workflows or expand existing workflows and driving organizational values and culture within project teams. - Proven business acumen, strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate well in a cross-functional team. - People with work experience in the analytical, technical, and consulting background are preferred. - Dynamic go-getters who thrive in a high-octane fast-paced work environment. - IAS prep/aspirant and Engineering from a top institution.
