A Training, Quality, and Customer Support Leader will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of training programs, ensuring that customer support is delivered at a high level of quality, and maintaining quality assurance measures for a company or organization. The main responsibilities of a Training, Quality, and Customer Support Head include:

1. Developing and implementing training programs: The Training, Quality, and Customer Support Head will analyze training needs, design training programs to meet those needs, and implement the programs to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.

2. Ensuring high-quality customer support: The Training, Quality, and Customer Support Head will oversee the customer support team, ensuring that customer inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and effectively and that customers are satisfied with the level of service they receive.

3. Maintaining quality assurance measures: The Training, Quality, and Customer Support Head will develop and implement quality assurance measures to ensure that training programs and customer support services are consistently delivered at a high level of quality.

4. Managing a team: The Training, Quality, and Customer Support Head will manage and lead a team of trainers, quality assurance specialists, and customer support representatives to ensure that everyone is working together towards achieving the company's goals.

To be successful in this role, a Training, Quality, and Customer Support Head must possess excellent leadership and communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of instructional design, quality assurance, and customer service principles. They must also stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in training, quality assurance, and customer support.

Requirements:

- At least 8 years of experience, 5+ years handling Customer support teams, with at least 3 years in handling the Training/Quality segment.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Results-driven and customer-focused.

- IIM/IIT Graduates preferred

- Startup experience preferred

- Six sigma certification
