Digital Campaign and Engagement Leader  Role Purpose:  Head of Digital Campaign is accountable for ensuring delivery in the top and named key accounts of BU. This role is critical for overall growth as the top accounts directly create impact on revenue and needs focus on excellent customer delivery.   Key Responsibilities :  - Lead account strategy for the top accounts of BU assigned.  - Increase the wallet share from key accounts by leveraging and proposing unique value proposition.   - Develop and strengthen relationships with decision makers and influencers in the customer organization.   - Lead proposal development, Key Inputs form data for Key clients.   - Regularly monitor sales trends, market dynamics and incorporate into existing account strategy and plan.   - Orchestrate internal resources in sales and delivery to give the customer an enhanced experience across touch-points.   - Conduct regular delivery reviews to prevent cost and schedule overruns, and to enable the delivery teams in ensuring high customer satisfaction.   - Innovate and optimize Push marketing activities.   - Collaborate with product to suggest enterprise & user feedback  - Become a trusted advisor to the customer and participate in customer's strategic meetings.  Experience and Education Qualification :  - 8-12 years of experience in a digital and online space.   Desired Candidate Profile :  - Exposure in sales, campaign management, push marketing for top clients will be preferred.  - Superior Analytical skills and problem-solving capability  - Strong commercial acumen   - Should have attention to details and a desire to continuously improve processes   - Proficient in MS office tools like Excel and PowerPoint.  - Should be a collaborator and have the ability to work well across teams.
