Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Actively explore business opportunities to increase sales volume.

2. Identify potential markets, sales channels, and competition and propose an effective sales strategy plan for account expansion & development to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets & KPIs.

3. Managing all sales channels, eg. General trade, modern trade, and HoReCa

4. Establish a network and build a good rapport with new clients.

5. Conceptualize a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base.

6. Present relevant sales & operations reports and forecasts to the senior management team.

7. To provide senior management with updates regarding sales targets and projects.

8. Resolve Customer complaints in coordination with sales officers by investigating problems, developing solutions, and suggesting management.

9. Lead a team of sales personnel and recruited and nurture a high-performance sales team.

10. Ensuring Growth in Business, People Development & Company Image.

11. Ensuring Overall performance for Region ( All ASM/ SO should perform)

12. Sells products by maintaining and expanding customer base and Satisfaction

13. Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.

14. Maintains and expands customer base by counseling ASM/ SO, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities.

Qualifications and skills required:-

1. A Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration (MBA) Marketing or related fields may be preferred.

2. 10-12 years of FMCG/Food experience is required, depending on past sales experience and industry. Preferably from Confectionery/Mouth Freshener/Tobacco Industry.

3. Proven sales experience and knowledge, including familiarity with current trends in sales methods

4. Experience with customer relationship software and services, such as Salesforce

5. Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate across different levels of an organization

6. Notable interpersonal skills with a positive demeanor and ability to provide both positive and negative feedback effectively

7. Willingness to travel regularly to attend and host meetings and assist with general management duties.

8. Computer Proficiency: Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Powerpoint
