Director of Growth and Business Development Job Description: 1. Develop and Implement Marketing and Sales Strategy: - Formulate comprehensive marketing and sales strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Identify target markets and segments, and develop effective marketing and sales campaigns to reach them. Conduct market research to analyze competitors, market trends, customer needs, and adjust strategies accordingly. 2. Lead and Manage the Marketing and Sales Team: - Build and manage a high-performing marketing and sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members. - Set clear performance goals and objectives, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to the team. - Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging creativity and continuous improvement. 3.
