Job Description:

Job Role:

- Own full recruitment process including interview, feedback and offer process

- Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using various platforms

- Collaborate with teams to deeply understand their hiring needs

- Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites.

- Maintain key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire

- Accountable for designing, planning, and coordinating the sourcing efforts

- Monitor progress against the goals for time-to-fill, cost per hire, diverse candidate slates and talent pipelines

- Develop diverse and ready to hire pipelines of candidates as designated

- Own the talent - hunt, engage, farm, bring it to the business and add them to the workforce

- Build processes that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to come.

Qualifications

- Strong background with 6+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment cycle managing all IT/Non-IT requirements

- Strong people management skills, should have experience in Stakeholder Management, Vendor management etc

- Extensive experience in building sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, agency usage, etc

- Experience managing candidate life cycle through an applicant tracking system, HRMS etc
