Job Description :  Set-up center of excellence / business practice for business process mining using industry leading technologies like Celonis. Focus on building practice team focussed on making digital business processes transparent for reviews and harmonize our customers- process and data flows by using our Process Mining Technologies and by applying the most up-to-date extraction and transformation methods.  Key responsibilities includes :  - Guide technical team to build a data pipeline and data model to connect to source systems, extract data and transform it in BMP platforms to build visualization and analyses platforms in Celonis  - Drive discussions across business functions and IT for process unification with system and data to visualization to get a 100% transparent view of process; achieve customize basic models to reflect true picture of process  - Work closely with business to apply advanced analysis for Process Discovery, conformance and KPI monitoring to identify process drivers for deviations  - Review BPM output to translate data into actionable business insights.; create target oriented analyses to transform business process  - Monitor process performance and track transformation initiatives with the Transformation Center.  - Identify process enhancement and improvement opportunities to set up and configure the Action Engine and Transformation Center  - Understand how to realize the value identified with Celonis and identify and quantify process improvement opportunities in your process and communicate and pitch business findings  - Oversee and drive change management for business process transformation  - Set-up governance to identify continuous process improvement opportunities  - Derive scale for cross department and cross functional implementation of business process mining and enhancements
