Senior-Level Position based out of Pune (10+ years)

Role : Lead/Consultant/Manager Digital Transformation

Job Description :

In This Role, You Will :

- Define and implement large scale Digital Transformation initiatives involving data engineering and modernization, process mining, data science advanced operating analytics, business process management, workflow digitalization and hyper-automation (intelligent RPA)

- Conduct customer process assessment for Digital Transformation maturity, adoption readiness and develop a blueprint to enable the processes to come up the maturity curve

- Liaison with stakeholders across the business, IT, and Digitization COEs to develop to identify improvement opportunities, priorities use cases, develop project and resource plan, implement large scale transformation programs, and perform cost benefit analysis.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills :

- Expertise to lead service delivery across entire BPMS lifecycle - data engineering, process mining, data mining, process monitoring and optimization automation and continuous scaling.

- Exposure to tech Stack like Azure Data Factory, Data Bricks, Celonis Process Mining, Aris BPM, Power BI, Power Apps, Automation Anywhere etc
