The incumbent will have to do/know all of the following:
1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to ensure conversion of prospects into customers
2. Good knowledge of real estate industry to advise the management on possible sales strategy
3. Experience in a top real estate company with exposure to the nuances of selling residential plots to HNI customers
4. Coaching - helping team members reach their full sales potential and the ability to support and motivate sales agents
5. Salesmanship - sales skills are fundamental, as the incumbent must train their sales team to build rapport, ensure client trust, and make the sale on a regular basis
6. Team management - oversee the sales agent team and handle any issues that arise, as well as to make sure sales goals are met
7. Communication skills - the ability to listen to and speak with clients, sales agents, and other managers is essential for effective real estate sales managers
8. Business acumen - an understanding of how a business achieves objectives and goals to drive sales. They must think strategically, understand the real estate industry, and have a manager mindset
9. Performance management - the incumbent must plan and implement sales objects and evaluate sales performance to ensure goal accomplishment
