Key Responsibilities
1. Explaining the process of availing home loans to our prospective customers
2. Ensure the collection of requisite documents with respect to housing loans/home loans
3.Overlooking The sanctioned banking files by ensuring a thorough completion of following-Log in, KYC, Sanction, Documentation, Disbursement
4. Ensuring All the documents are submitted in respective branches and guide in other activities as per customer requirements
5. Developing and maintaining cordial relationship with bankers for hassle free transactions- Ensuring compliance & error free documentation process to avoid any future complications and avert any fraudulent deals and follow banking & real estate sector guidelines
6.Conducting a thorough check of all documents and cross-verifying the same by adopting maker-checker model
Candidate Profile
Specifically, the candidate should have:
1.Excellent academic record with 80% or more in at least one board examination or higher
2.Undergraduate and Post-graduate (if applicable) from NIRF ranked campus
Salary offered: 12-39LPA
