This will also include building and mentoring the team as well as understanding candidate and job market trends. - You will directly report into HR Head of the company. Ultimately, you- ll ensure our teams are productive and operations run smoothly to drive business growth as per the plan. Primary responsibilities include : - Develop and execute the strategic approach to support all recruitment initiatives - Map competency matrix with the hiring requirement to ensure right fitment - Optimize teams' abilities to achieve delivery, quality, diversity and costs targets for recruitment - Provide strategic guidance, enablement, thought leadership and operational assistance to the recruitment team - Lead the respective team and ensure compliance and control of all recruitment activities and processes - Oversee the achievement of the recruiting metric targets in terms of cost, turnover and count - Drive cost optimization by employing appropriate channel mix strategies - Able to engage passive candidates and generate referrals and additional leads - Mentor and inspire teams to achieve productivity and profits Basic requirements are : - Hands-on experience in hiring from multiple sourcing channels - Excellent leadership capability and people skills - Extremely detail oriented and analytical - Capable to work effectively in VUCA environment
