Job brief : We are looking to hire a Marketing Analytics professional to optimize the practice of measuring, managing and analyzing marketing performance to maximize its effectiveness and maximize return on investment (ROI). With direct reporting into Head - Marketing of the company, you will be responsible for managing the marketing function to establish consistent tracking, KPIs, and dashboards, plus develop insights into campaign impact on customer acquisition, revenue, brand awareness, and more. Primary responsibilities include: - Drive the analytics agenda in the space of marketing campaigns - Track &amp; analyze campaigns across channels (outbound, inbound, social media, paid/free portals etc.) - Create customer life cycle relevant from the marketing campaigns standpoint &amp; define data analytics driven strategies for catching the customer in the moment of truth (to cross-sell) - Engage with stakeholders and provide key inputs while designing of campaigns - Assist on paid campaigns using Google analytics and Facebook - Report campaign performance and creating monthly dashboards - Drive campaigns optimization through new ideas &amp; techniques - Stay abreast of the latest trends across the markets Essential requirements are: - Strong analytical background with program certificate in Business Analytics from reputed institutes like top 5 IIMs, ISB, Great Lakes, XLRI etc. - Core experience in Digital Marketing - Experience in creating statistical models, clustering, and segmentation - Sound working knowledge with tools - SAS, R, Python - Good communication skills and clarity of thought while discussing ideas - Strong understanding of various digital platforms - Comfort with operating in VUCA environment
